Emmy nominee and “Dancing with the Stars” champion, Cheryl Burke’s confident flair and unique choreography has won her the hearts of fans and dance enthusiasts across the U.S. Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, Cheryl began her ballroom dance journey at the tender age of 11. Two years later she started competing in Ballroom Dance Championships. Cheryl is a principal dancer on the hit ABC television show “Dancing with the Stars”. When she isn’t training celebrities for the competition, she teaches at the Cheryl Burke Dance studios. Cheryl is fluent in all standard Ballroom and Latin dances and enjoys creating new and exciting dance choreography for her students.
Tarn Daly
Tarn began dancing at the age of seven, developing her craft in London under some of the world’s top coaches. She quickly became a world-recognized dancer, and has been invited to compete and coach around the world, winning such prestigious titles as Universal International Latin Champion. During her travels, Tarn decided to make her permanent home in the US, and has since made her living as a successful Pro/Am teacher, professional competitor, coach, judge, and now studio owner of Cheryl Burke Dance in Laguna Niguel. Tarn’s aim is to provide a professional and fun learning experience for everyone, and her years of instructing dancers of all levels give her the experience to help any dancer fulfill their dreams.
Bonnie Marie
Bonnie's love of dance began in Chicago at the age of 13. She quickly built her repertoire to include a broad range of dances including International and American styles, Ballet, and Hip-Hop. She also began performing with a professional dance company led by top International Latin teacher Ula Rivers. Bonnie's commitment to champion-level dancing brought her to California, where she received training in American Rhythm style from several world-renowned coaches. She has participated and placed in numerous professional dance competitions, and currently ranks 7th in the Professional Ballroom Rhythm Standing. Bonnie currently teaches all styles of dance, including Aerobic, Latin, and Ballroom, as well as classes for children. Bonnie's goals are to improve the quality and enjoyment of dance for all her students, and to continue pursuing a US Rhythm Championship as a competitor.
Paul Bond
Paul Bond was born in Ensenada, and grew up in sunny Southern California. He first tried dancing at the age of fifteen, and knew it was for him right from the start. Paul started competing at a young age, working his way through the youth and amateur ranks and receiving top results, including Emerald Ball Champion with his partner Lorena Brovo. Paul eventually turned professional and has now spent several years as a highly ranked pro/am instructor. Paul is a certified teacher with the National Dance Council of America (NDCA), and is passionate about teaching dance of all kinds, including Smooth, Rhythm, Standard, and Latin at all levels.

Matt Brown
Matthew started his dance career at Arthur Murrays in San Jose at the age of 18. He has competed in the Professional American Rhythm and the Professional American Smooth divisions. His time and focus is now dedicated to his students who find him energetic and inspiring as an instructor. Matt's students train in everything from social dancing, to performances, to competitions. Not only do students of Matt learn quality dancing, but they also laugh a lot in the process!
